基因编辑工具SpCas9变体作用机制揭示 Feb 15th 2019, 13:20 　　科技日报讯 (通讯员衣晓峰 朱玉威 记者李丽云)记者从哈尔滨工业大学获悉，该校生命学院教授黄志伟课题组完成的一项课题《高保真SpCas9变体的结构基础》，日前发表在最新一期国际期刊《细胞研究》上。该成果不仅首次揭示了高保真的Cas9基因编辑系统的分子机制，而且为改造SpCas9以及其他Cas核酸内切酶，使之成为更高效、更特异的基因编辑工具夯实了关键结构基础，具有指导改造新型基因编辑系统的应用价值，有望治疗遗传性疾病和疑难病。
