《捉妖记》电影公司诉手机游戏侵权 索赔百万元 Feb 15th 2019, 15:35 　　中新社北京2月15日电 (记者 于立霄)电影《捉妖记》及电影中的"胡巴"美术作品被擅自开发成手机游戏，享有该电影著作权的安乐(北京)电影发行有限公司以侵犯著作权及不正当竞争为由，将两家公司诉至法院，要求其停止侵权、刊登公告、消除影响，赔偿经济损失及合理支出共计人民币100万元。北京市海淀区人民法院15日称，该院已经受理此案。
