街头共享单车数量明显少了 "禁投令"该不该放松 Feb 15th 2019, 10:14 　　近期，"哈啰单车"夜间悄悄在上海市区投放新车引起关注。根据此前约定，哈啰单车原则上投放仅限莘庄地区，而此次突然投到相隔甚远的静安区等市中心，无疑触犯了共享单车"禁投令"。在媒体报道后，哈啰单车方面作出解释，但似乎并不完全能让人接受。
